About SEO Groww

What this is

SEO Groww is a set of browser-based tools for the unglamorous half of SEO: the meta tags, structured data, canonical links, redirects and crawl directives that decide how a page is understood and how it looks when someone shares it. Everything is free, and nothing is behind a signup.

Where your data goes

Tag generation runs entirely in your browser — what you type never leaves the page. Exactly two features call a server:

• The URL analyzer, which fetches a public page you name and reports the tags it found.
• AI suggestions, which send your prompt (and the title and description you are working on) to a language model.

There are no accounts, no cookies for tracking, and no analytics. See the privacy policy for the detail.

SeoGrowwBot

When someone analyzes a URL, our server fetches that page once and reads its HTML. If you have found this page from your access logs, that request is what you saw. It identifies itself as:

Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; SeoGrowwBot/1.0; +https://seogroww.com/about)

It is user-initiated, not a crawler: it requests one page on demand, never follows links to discover more, obeys a max of five redirects, reads at most 2 MB, and times out after 8 seconds. It sends no cookies and no credentials, so it only ever sees what an anonymous visitor sees.

To refuse it, add this to your robots.txt:
